Welcome to my Food Tuesday! Every single day stars with my breakfast porridge and I have more than 2 L water during the day.
Breakfast was as a rule oat porridge with soya unsweetened milk, cinnamon and some fresh strawberries.

Lunch was some cottage cheese with watermelon. The health lunch helps to be fit.
The dinner was in the Italian restaurant Il Patio. We had margarita pizza and salad Ceaser. Egor had as a rule suchi, I don't know which ones.
