Food Tuesday: Health food

Welcome to my food Tuesday, I am on a stylish diet. And that day my breakfast consisted of a cup of cappuccino and some porridge oats with raisins, and a glass of water.




 I was super hungry and I had a health snack, it was some organic yogurt with strawberries from our garden. I gathered them myself.


It was lunch time, my Mom cooked bean soup with tomatoes and beef. I couldn't 'resist eating it. But
it's very health.


The dinner came and I had it with my Mom as often. We had pasta with cheese and chopped tomato. I made it myself. I like pasta.





The dessert was at about 9 o'clock. I had white raspberry tea and some kids chocolate cookies.




Pay attention I have 2 L water daily.
