Keep health & fit






To day I'll tell you how I keep fit. These are some tips how to keep health&fit:

Firstly, you must eat heath food and organic products. Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables as your body needs to get some important vitamins. In the morning eat oat porridge for breakfast, it helps your body to provide energy.

Secondly, drink a lot of water during each day. Water helps to increase metabolism.

Thirdly, do physical exercises. You can choose any kind of sport.

All these tips help you to keep health and fit.
